Lauren Browder, born in 1991, is currently a senior at Columbus State University working her way to a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Born into an Army family she has moved around her whole childhood and has lived in seven different states. She is currently living in Columbus, Georgia. Her work focuses on mankind’s relationship with the world around them. Her work explores and questions man’s definition of civilization. She explores interior domestic living spaces, and man’s relationship with natural materials. She works in many mediums but focuses on painting and collage work.
